Terms of Use

These terms cover the BePaid website (the "Site"), operated by Pavel Stoma. The BePaid iPhone app is covered by its own app terms and Apple's App Store terms.

What the Site provides

The Site offers free tools to create and preview invoices, estimates and quotes in your browser, plus general information about invoicing. Previews carry a watermark and are not downloadable documents. The final invoice is created in the BePaid app.

Your content

You are responsible for what you enter and for the accuracy of any invoice you send, including prices, tax and payment terms. Drafts are stored in your browser; we don't have a copy and can't restore them.

Not tax or legal advice

Our guides are general information for US small businesses. Tax, sales-tax and invoicing rules vary by state and situation. Talk to a qualified professional about yours.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to create fraudulent documents, to impersonate another business, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site, including errors in documents you create.
