Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at bepaid.pro (the "Site"), operated by Pavel Stoma ("we", "us"). The BePaid iPhone app has its own app privacy policy.

Invoice drafts stay on your device

What you type into the invoice, estimate or quote generator, including business and customer details, items, amounts and any logo you add, is stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to our servers or to anyone else. You can delete it at any time by starting a new invoice or clearing this site's data in your browser.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used, for example how many visitors start and finish an invoice and which pages lead to App Store visits. Analytics events contain the page, device type, general traffic source and campaign parameters, and which step or button was used. They never contain what you type into the generator: no names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, item descriptions or amounts. Google Analytics may set cookies and receives your IP address, from which it derives an approximate location. We disable Google Signals and ad personalization. You can block analytics with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker; the Site works the same without it.

We also keep a small record on your device of how you first arrived (for example a search engine or a campaign link) so we can tell which pages are useful. It stays in your browser's local storage.

Links to the App Store

App Store links include a campaign code that tells us which page or button was used. When you follow one, Apple handles your visit under its own privacy policy.

Hosting and logs

Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser user agent) for security and to keep the Site running. Invoice contents never reach the server, so they are never in these logs.

Children

The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
